Adding a post:
You will be able to add your post in less than two minutes with the easiest
and unique experience over Internet.
- Click on "Add post" at the top left corner or through many places on the site to
facilitate access to the add post page.
- Sign in with your account on Mobawaba if you have an account, or create a new account.
- Follow the easiest experience provided by Mobawaba to add your post.
- You can upgrade your post to a paid post to gain higher exposure for your post and
better conversion, refer to "Add post" page.
- Click on “Publish" to execute the operation.
Communicate with the advertiser:
It is available for visitors to communicate with Mobawaba advertisers in more
than one way.
- In post details page, at the top left corner of the post you will find a box.
- Choose the method that suits you to communicate with the advertiser.
- Contact the advertiser by calling him/her on the mobile number.
- You can also communicate with the advertiser very easily through e-mail which will
find in advertiser profile page as well.
- Or by asking the advertiser a question on the bottom area of the post details by
pressing "Ask"
Registration:
In less than a minute you can create your account on Mobawaba.
- Click on "New User" in the top of the page - in user bar area at the top of the
page.
- Follow the instructions to fill the required fields, and then click on "new user".
- You will be redirected to the home page of Mobawaba and you will be signed in.
- Now your registration is completed successfully, you can modify / review your account
details later from the "My Page" at the user’s bar area at top of the page.
- You can now add your posts.
Reporting of abuse:
Mobawaba user can report abuse a misuse of Mobawaba services from an advertiser.
- Above each post in post details page, you will find a link to report any form of
misuse of the site through advertising.
- When you click on the link will see a window asking you to specify the form of abuse
in the post you are reporting, select the appropriate choice.
- After reporting abuse, this reporting will reach our admins and they will review
the post and stand on the existence of abuse or not.
- If you have encountered a scam or fraud and you need to inform us immediately, please
contact us.
Modify or delete the post:
Advertiser can modify and/or delete his/her post
- Log in to your Mobawaba account.
- Go to your page in the user's bar area at top of the page by clicking "My Page".
- Click on "Manage my posts"
- You can modify or delete or disable any of your posts.
- Also Mobawaba provides a feature for the advertiser to modify the post through the
post page. a disclaimer will appear for the advertiser once opening an owned post
notifying him/her that it is his/her post and he/she can modify it.
Modify your personal information:
Mobawaba user can edit or change his/her personal data.
- Log on to your Mobawaba account.
- Go to your page in the user's bar area at top of the page by clicking "My Page".
- Click on "My basic info"
- Also Mobawaba provides a feature to modify the personal info inline to be adjusted
immediately.
- Save your changes to be applied to all of your posts.
Slots system and activating posts:
Working with slots system have been carefully chosen in order to insure for you a convenient place and free from annoying posts and to allow equal opportunities to our users.
- In slots system, you can create / add unlimited number of posts, but you can activate only 4 posts at one time a with maximum 2 active posts under the same sub-category.
- The posts you have added but did not activate, as you already consumed availabe limit of active posts, , will always be available to you through "Manage My Posts" in "My Page" on Mobawaba to be under your control for any operation you want to apply on any post.
- Through "Manage My Posts" in "My Page" on Mobawaba, you can control at any time to activate or deactivate any post from the posts you have added.
- For example, suppose that you have 4 active posts at one time, two posts out of these active 4 posts are under sub-category "Miscellaneous", in this case, you can add further posts under sub-category "Miscellaneous", but any added post will be inactive since you have consumed the 2 active posts under this sub-category "Miscellaneous", and you can activate a new post after deactivating one of active posts.
- Always remember that you can activate more post when you deactivate one of your active posts or when one of active posts expire either by time or the number of impressions or views.
Terms and Conditions
To be able to provide better service through Mobawaba, please consider the following:
- It is illegal to add posts contain human organs trade, despite the consent of the donor
- It is illegal to add posts contain alcohol and stimulants of all kinds
- It is illegal to add posts contain applications for marriage or friendship or acquaintance
- No advertising for web sites, forums or blogs
- No repetition of the same post more than once at the same time
- No adding for any images or videos or mention of any phrases or words contrary to religion and traditions or break the law and customs
- Do not put posts or images or words or obscene, and shamelessly offensive to children
- Do not put posts or images or words that will damage and loss of security and social peace and national unity
- Do not put posts or words that will encourage terrorism and harm the safety of individuals and facilities
- Do not put posts to promote the services of the site
Terms and conditions of payment
Please consider the below instructions
- All completed purchases are not subject to refund in any form
- Mobawaba site does not collect credit card info as the purchase process is made through the payment gateway bank and not the site itself
- If the advertiser added any post contrary to the terms of publishing, it will be paused with no refund of any amounts paid for the service
We have the right to delete any posts without getting back to the user and without liability on deleting the post. If the same case repeated from the same user, the account will be suspended on the Site without notice and the user is responsible for any legal actions to be taken
